The Snohomish Business Park is located at 1910 Bickford Avenue in Snohomish, WA, just south of Bickford Ford and Snohomish Station. The Snohomish Business Park is located within the city of Snohomish limits and has access to city utilities and services. It is also situated next to a greenbelt and has easy access to Highway 9 and Highway 2.
The Snohomish Business Park was established by Gordon Cole in 1998. Gordon drew on his 40+ years in the commercial construction industry to design and build the Snohomish Business Park to his high standards. He continues to manage the Snohomish Business Park from his on-site office, allowing him to give personal attention to our tenants.
Gordon has been a resident of Snohomish for over 37 years, and is very active in civic groups and charitable organizations in the community.
Erica (Cole) Farmer joined the Snohomish Business Park in 2006 and works part-time to provide administrative and marketing support. With a degree in communication studies and a background in college student ministry, Erica brings a fresh perspective to the team.
